New house in a small village on the border with Austria. Nearest town is Slavonice (3km) with some nice renaissance architecture. The village is inhabited by only few people and it is more like an artist colony. Unfortunately there is no heating in the house (yet) so it is not possible to stay there in the winter. Nice neighborhood, country side, good for walks, biking and summer activities.

We have got a family house. Our house has two flats. Both flats are separated. You are going to have one flat for your own. There is one bedroom with king-size bed for two people and other bedroom with king-size bed for two people, we also have an inflatable double mattress, one living room with everything, one bathroom and one toilet.

Villa Victoria is located in the lake & ski resort Lipno in South Bohemia, only 25 km from Austria. The small village on edge of lake Lipno offer lots of different restaurants. The lake beach & Aquaworld is only 500m from the house. The house itself offers a large terrace (partially covered) incl SAUNA & BBQ and large private garden with children play area (swings & slide).
